Responsibilities:

We have an exciting part-time opportunity (4 days a week) for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Grayling on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Working closely with the Group CEO and Global CEO, as well as the UK CEO, this will be a fast-paced, multifaceted role, whereby you’ll be managing day-to-day planning and scheduling, including travel arrangements, meeting preparation and minute-taking, as well as further administrative duties within the company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously and take a proactive approach to tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to handle confidential information and understand the importance of discretion in certain situations. We’re a friendly bunch and love to socialise collaboratively, regardless of what team you’re in, so a good sense of humour and a can-do attitude are a must!
