REQUIREMENTS:
- Suitable educational background, e.g., bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
- Several years of experience in Executive Assistant role or similar in international environment/companies
- Ability to pro-actively prioritize and take ownership to get things done in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Initiative attitude with ability to work both independently and as trusted member of a team
- Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity
- Willingness to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
- Flexible, positive and inclusive mindset with can-do attitude
- Full professional proficiency in verbal and written in Finnish and English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent digital skills, especially MS Office
- Availability to travel occasionally in connection with leadership team meetings or bigger events outside of Finland
