REQUIREMENTS:

  • Suitable educational background, e.g., bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Several years of experience in Executive Assistant role or similar in international environment/companies
  • Ability to pro-actively prioritize and take ownership to get things done in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Initiative attitude with ability to work both independently and as trusted member of a team
  • Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity
  • Willingness to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Flexible, positive and inclusive mindset with can-do attitude
  • Full professional proficiency in verbal and written in Finnish and English (additional language skills are an asset)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent digital skills, especially MS Office
  • Availability to travel occasionally in connection with leadership team meetings or bigger events outside of Finland
