Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable and resilient Executive Assistant to support our Melbourne Private Business Tax and Advisory division on a full time, permanent basis .

This is a dynamic role in which no two days will be the same, with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • Diary management / meetings for both staff and clients - arranging client meetings and managing bookings and catering.
  • Email management
  • Coordinate and manage expenses, travel and travel-related activities
  • Large range of event coordination for both internal and client events
  • Debtors / Fees - assistance with billing, WIP reporting for Partners and debtor management, as required.
  • Formatting of documents, presentations and preparing letters in line with GT brand guidelines
  • Database and system management - update ATO Portal, Xero, Salesforce and other tools
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
