We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must be LL. B graduate in Law.
- Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Assistant /LAW related function.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive, take the initiative and multitask.
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Candidate must reside in Lagos; proximity to Maryland is an advantage.
- Candidate must not be older than 28 years as at last birthday.
- Listening ability and patience.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Time Management:
- Planning meetings, conferences, and events.
- Sending reminders for important dates and tasks.
- Managing diaries, calendar and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the managing partner
Communication:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading official documents.
- Filtering and prioritizing messages.
Travel Coordination:
- Planning and organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Creating itineraries and ensuring travel plans run smoothly.
Organization:
- Keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and to-do lists.
- Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records.
Research:
- Conducting research on various topics to gather information for decision-making.
- Compiling reports and summaries based on research findings.
Event Planning:
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, parties, or gatherings.
- Managing guest lists, invitations, and logistics.
Liaison and Networking:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and other contacts.
- Representing the person or organization in a professional manner.
Confidentiality:
- Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Handling sensitive information and data with care.
Problem Solving:
- Identifying and addressing issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.
- Finding solutions to challenges and obstacles.
