Description:

Join our Deal Management team in our Market Operations division and have the opportunity to be responsible for successful balance sheet operations on behalf of Macquarie Asset Management and Macquarie Capital. Our team manages all on-going global transactions throughout their lifecycle from pre-settlement to termination.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will oversee daily operations by facilitating internal and external cash transactions, co-ordinating funding requirements, providing support to the execution of foreign exchange trades and assist with various reporting requirements.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage operational support requirements, identify and implement transformation of processes to enhance controls and efficiencies, and support the performance management and development of the team.

What you offer

  • 3-5+ years prior experience in an operations, finance or related environment
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
  • Effective people management and / or leadership skills
  • An inquisitive mindset and exceptional communication and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive change and challenge the status quoExperience using analytical software such as Alteryx and Power BI is advantageous.
