Boeing is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist for our Warner Robins, GA facility.
The Supply Chain Specialist will be an integral member of a team which is part of a 24/7 call center (weekend, holiday or second/third shift support may be required) fulfilling exigent aircraft parts and material needs where first time quality, rapid response and customer satisfaction are of the highest importance. Candidate(s) will be required to be able to use systems and tools to determine part availability, alternate part or next higher assembly applications and best sourcing options to fulfill customer requirements within defined time sensitive performance parameters. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is recommended but not required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):
- Experience in procurement and supply chain processes
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED SKILLS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
- 4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Willing and able to work a variable shifts.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $80,750 – $109,250
Responsibilities:
- Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
- Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
- Processes material returned from customers.
- Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
- Mitigates risks and issues.
- Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Warner Robins, GA. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
