TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute projects utilizing Agile/Scrum Methodology, using tools like JIRA. Strong understanding of Agile
  • Perform the planning of Quality Assurance activities needed in projects including effort estimation, timing and resources.
  • Track and ensure delivery of customer requirements using, among others, requirement traceability matrixes.
  • Coordinate the preparation and the execution of the testing strategy and perform the test monitoring and reporting, using tools like GTP and CSN, JIRA
  • Prepare and moderate reviews (i.e., code reviews, Backlog Item Acceptance Criteria) and perform the follow up tracking of the results of these reviews.
  • Coordinate with the Solution Architect and Project Manager SIRIUS tasks, Corporate and Top X Product Standard Compliance, follow up regarding any exceptions, strong focus on Security.
  • Perform formal checks and usability checks of deliverables to the customer before the handover to the customer.
  • Participate in functional test execution, including executing automated testing strategies.
  • Communicate with the customer concerning Quality Management topics in alignment with the project manager/architect throughout the development, testing and warranty/support phases.
  • Moderate Lessons Learned sessions and root cause analyses, contribute to Continuous Improvement strategies.
  • Perform Quality Management monitoring and Quality Management status reporting and propose and execute on corrective actions.
  • Pro-actively provide feedback regarding methodology, tools and best practices in order to constantly improve the development methodology and tools.
  • Actively contribute to Quality Management community by sharing experiences and ideas for Quality Management excellence.
  • Participate in SAP Innovative Business Solutions initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
