Would you like to join our amazing team? We are now looking for a F&B Coordinator. The position is full time (37 hours per week) and working hours are 8.00-16.00. Weekend and evening shifts may occur. You will be reporting to our F&B Manager.

In this position you are responsible for handling all guest enquiries for F&B events including ROOF Bar & Lounge. You have a close cooperation with the Meeting & Event department and your strong communication skills convince guests to book with us.

Your main tasks will be:

• Responding and managing all enquiries for F&B
• Responsible for events from beginning to end
• Review of daily revenue
• Sales reporting
• Create the weekly overview of meetings, events and F&B reservations
• Responsible for maintaining F&B channels including our in-house room-service app
• Participating in the development of F&B outlets
• General F&B administrative tasks
