Description:

The Facility Manager - EMEA is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operations of multiple buildings across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role includes leading projects for the development and construction of new buildings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing a team of office assistants. You have a strong background in facility management, project management, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. This role can be based in our UK office in Maidstone or our Portugal office in Boavista.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Fluency in one or more languages spoken in the EMEA region.
