Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Facilities and Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our restaurant spaces, upholding our commitment to quality. This role involves both hands-on facilities management and strategic project management across renovations, new site openings, and ongoing operational improvements, ensuring that every site reflects the high standards that define Din Tai Fung. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, leading high-visibility projects that directly contribute to our guest experience and company growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of facilities management across multiple sites, ensuring consistent upkeep, safety, and functionality in all locations.
- Drive end-to-end project management for renovations, refurbishments, and new restaurant launches, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage external contractors and suppliers, building trusted relationships and holding them to high service and quality standards.
- Implement and uphold sustainable practices across facilities, ensuring all health and safety compliance standards are met and exceeded.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated facilities team, creating a supportive environment where high standards and a proactive mindset are valued.
