REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
  • Keen in the semiconductor industry
  • Required 12 hr shift [rotating shift]
    Working location: 990 Bendemeer Rd, Singapore 339942

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with vendors on current Ops team issues
  • Coordinate and response to routine service calls requests from Production supervisor and other in house customers in line with SOP and company policies.
  • Responds to out-of-specification conditions that negatively affect production areas. Abilities to follow and complies with SOP and guidelines.
  • Able to trouble shoot and handle issue that arises
  • Assist review standard procedures and guidelines on Alarm handling and Event response.
  • Represent Ops team to support turn on by Engg team
  • Ensure safe and proper turn on according to PTP and issue stop work when in doubt
  • Acquire job skills and experience to resolve problems where reference materials are available thru’ application of Wonderware Tools.
  • Perform functions as SAP Administrator
  • Comply with 12 Disciplines, prepare and implement Checklists and PTPs on site to prevent any impact to Production.
  • Prepare METS & 8D report to document facilities service outage and out of spec. event
  • Understand how to raise PRs in ARIBA
  • Must be familiar with each shift routine works (A – D shift)
  • Support and cover Shift Team whenever there is Shortage of Manpower
  • Operate, troubleshoots and maintain system components with detailed instructions and supervision
  • Responds to out-of-specification conditions that negatively affect production areas. Abilities to follow and complies with SOP and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoots, services and repairs the electrical components of production support systems. Acquires job skills and work with other Team members.
  • Support and Performs routine Preventative Maintenance PM on equipment responsible by Shift.
  • Monitoring the system operations, alarms setting through Wonderware station, routine recording and etc.
  • Create accurately and promptly documentation, including work orders, incident reports etc.
  • Consolidate and Prepare Weekly reports / Comm session materials for Ops Team
