Description:
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Facility Management Assistant in our Copenhagen office, you will play a key role in making our century-old historic building welcoming and efficient for your colleagues. You will handle various tasks, including maintenance, administrative work, and clerical duties, to ensure the functionality and appearance of the office. You will work closely with our Office Services leader, reception, and a team of student workers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Secondary education required (“erhvervsuddannelse” – EUD preferably in Technology, Construction and Transportation or “gymnasiel uddannelse”).
- 1+ year of general office service/facilities experience preferred, ideally in a professional services environment;
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Familiarity with basic computer applications
- Confident, professional demeanor
- Can-do attitude and desire to deliver great service
- Ability to effectively manage shifting deadlines and priorities
Responsibilities:
You will help maintain our office space by managing and setting up office technology and equipment, such as projectors, copiers, and telecommunication devices. You’ll also assist with setting up and relocating employee workstations, as well as handling minor repairs, small paint jobs, and other maintenance tasks around the building.
In addition, you will ensure the security and confidentiality of our office by properly disposing of confidential documents. You’ll support conference room setups and handle audio/visual requirements. Keeping our supply inventory stocked, including office supplies, printer toner, business cards, and IT parts, will also be part of your role. Plus, you’ll provide backup support for other office services roles when needed.
