KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience of working in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing organisation - Desirable
  • Experience of working in a medium or large company with modern reporting and data management processes
  • Experience of modern data driven reporting tools
  • SAP Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring actual Capital Expenditure against the budget & forecasts
  • Work with Project Managers and Category Holders to improve forecast accuracy
  • Understanding the trends and variances for the Capital Expenditure Plan
  • Helping the Capital Expenditure Plan review
  • Providing challenge & support to the Capital Expenditure weekly meetings & Capital Expenditure Steering meetings
  • Detailed analysis to support Capital Expenditure Plan specific projects in line with operational strategy and objectives.
  • Work with Supply Chain Finance team to validate payback projects
  • Supporting the process to ensure accurate of optimal project overheads
  • Work with Key Users to ensure relevant balanced scorecards and automated reporting are “fit for purpose”
  • Work with Capital Systems Manager to ensure the data architecture meets the business needs
  • Work with key users to coordinate best practice for dashboards, reports, KPIs.
