EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• +2 Years experience in a similar finance or accounting role preferred.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken (other languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Business Central).
• Experience in the invoice management system Palette/Rillion
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and sometimes “crazy” environment!

ROLE OVERVIEW: FINANCE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our ambitious accounting team at our HQ in Stockholm. Your role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the success of our financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Payables: Overseeing the accounts payables process, including supplier invoices, expenses, payments, and assist with any questions around them and be responsible for the invoice management system (Palette).
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
• General Financial Support: Assist in preparing financial documents and reports, support during audits and budget preparations, and maintain organized filing systems.
  Other ad hoc tasks within the Finance team and support accounts receivables.
