Finance Consultant - CONTAX is seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to join our Acumatica team as a Finance Consultant
Job Description
As an Acumatica Finance Consultant, individuals will be responsible for implementing and supporting Acumatica ERP systems for midsized companies. Successful candidates will be provided with the opportunity to develop skills in system design, execution and support, while working towards more prominent client facing opportunities for both the implementation and support of Acumatica projects.

CONTAX provides initial training and mentoring to build your core Acumatica technical, business, and industry knowledge. Training will involve learning some of the newest technologies in enterprise systems, in addition to strengthening your professional and business skills. The successful candidate will be able to leverage that training to take advantage of opportunities to build relationships with customers by solving unique and complex business problems with the tools offered by Acumatica.

Requirements
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Canada (Remote)
Experience Required: Entry Level, 2+ years of Finance business experience
Travel: Some infrequent travel may be required. Expected (0 to 15 percent)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2+ years of Finance business experience.
- Fluency in both French and English would be an asset
- Exposure or experience with an ERP system
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Experienced with Windows based applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to legally work in Canada
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our clients to analyze and understand their business needs while leveraging Acumatica functionality to create solutions
- Serve in key roles during the various Acumatica implementations by providing expertise, guidance and instruction to clients
- Provide Acumatica support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving their business issues
- Work with other CONTAX team members in delivering projects and meeting deliverables within timelines and on budget
- Proactively seek professional development opportunities to enhance ability to service our customers business needs
- Help build and foster relationships with clients by working to understand their business needs as well as making personal connections via close teamwork, effort and creative thinking
