Responsibilities:
ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
As a Graduate Trainee, you will experience a dynamic role within our Finance Team, supporting various functions to ensure business continuity. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in accounts payables, accounts receivables, cash management, and tax compliance. This is a 12 months contractual oppurtunity.
THE ROLE
In this role you will experience and support the following tasks -
Supporting Accounts Receivables: Engage directly with key customers to facilitate smooth and timely collections.
Coordinating with Shared Services: Track and ensure the timely processing of debit notes from customers.
Assisting Accounts Payables: Participate in payment activities and manage invoices, enhancing your understanding of financial operations.
Cash Management: Prepare workings for the placement and movement of funds in banks, gaining insights into cash flow management.
Implementing SOX and IFC Controls: Contribute to the review and implementation of controls, ensuring compliance and integrity in financial processes.
Collaborating with Auditors: Work alongside internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and insights for audits.
Managing VAT and Corporate Income Tax: Assist in VAT filings and corporate tax registration, keeping you informed on regulatory changes.
Maintaining Master Data: Help maintain customer data and pricing conditions in SAP, honing your data management skills.
Supporting Ad Hoc Projects: Engage in various projects assigned by management, broadening your exposure to different aspects of finance.
