Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our accounting and financial reporting at Capgemini Finland.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR BPO TEAMS IN POLAND AND INDIA, AND COLLABORATE WITH OUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT IN FINLAND. THIS ROLE REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE NORDIC LEGAL FINANCE DIRECTOR.

As our Finance Manager , you will be responsible for the entire financial reporting cycle, including:

• Monthly local reporting and Group Consolidated reporting
• Quarterly legal entity forecasts
• Preparing Statutory Accounts and related documents
• Managing external audits of our financial accounts
• Responding to Finnish authorities on tax inquiries and requests
• Overall responsibility for the accounting of the legal entity, including ensuring appropriate and effective processes
• Managing forecast and budget processes, including foreign exchange and cash flow
• Optimizing specific Nordic Finance/Accounting processes as part of the Nordic Finance Shared Services organization
• Ensuring the application of Nordic finance processes across all accounting areas in Finland
• Coordinating our Shared Service Centers in Krakow (Poland) and Calcutta (India)
• Implementing appropriate internal controls for accounting
• Leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for accounting in Finland
• Managing other ad hoc projects
