Description:
O2E Brands is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in the Vancouver area. You will oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and cash application. You drive measurable impacts and implement strategies to optimize collection efforts and minimize bad debt.

Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives to automate finance processes specifically within the National Accounts customer journey.
- Support business transformation projects and other growth-related activities within the National Accounts Division
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the National Accounts function.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to AR processes
