Diageo is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through this programme Diageo aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification. This programme will be delivered over a multi-year period with global geographic reach.
About the role
Voyager Programme is seeking for a Finance Manager who plays a critical role in supporting Diageo Voyager Programme Leadership team, providing world class programme financial management, reporting, insightful analysis on overall programme financial health & performance, effective management of opportunities and risks, and realization of benefits throughout a project’s life cycle.
The Voyager Finance Manager is reporting to the Voyager Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for the overall financial and budget management of the programme, leading on financial reporting in line with Diageo processes.
The purpose of the role is to be an agile and connected finance business partner to the Programme Leadership, who ensure risks, dependencies and opportunities impacting investment and benefit realization are managed effectively.
You will partner with Procurement, Source to Pay and Accounting teams to ensure smooth financial management of the Programme, as well as define and embed financial and benefit management tracking and reporting process for the Programme.

What you’ll bring

  • University/College degree in business / finance / accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and project environment
  • No financial accounting expertise is required, however understanding of the impact/correspondence of investments on the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow is must
  • Strong financial analysis skills and attention to details
  • Strong use of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint
  • Great interpersonal skills with strong background in partner management
  • Experience in Agile method and/ or PPM tools a great advantage
  • Experience ow working with SAP / Planview
