Overview:
Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), a non-profit leader in the senior living/hospitality industry, is seeking a highly skilled, team-oriented Financial Analyst II to join our team. This full-time position will be based out of our home office in Medford, Oregon.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Fully in-person for the first 6 months, with the option to move to a hybrid role (3 days in-person/2 days from home) after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

You’ll spearhead financial modeling and analysis of both financial and nonfinancial data for our affiliated and managed communities. Your role will extend to providing support for diverse development activities, budgeting initiatives, tax returns, market research, and comprehensive due diligence assistance. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in certain accounting functions. Your primary focus will be on optimizing operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity. This entails ensuring all accounting transactions adhere meticulously to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, state regulations, and other administrative policies.
