Aufgrund des zunehmenden Wachstums unseres Unternehmens sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Financial Analyst (w/m/d) Supply Chain Finance in Vollzeit zur Verstärkung unserer lokalen Teams in Haan für unseren Geschäftsbereich der Brachy Therapie. Als Financial Analyst sind Sie zentraler Dreh- und Angelpunkt für diverse abteilungsübergreifende Anfragen, treiben Sonder- und Digitalisierungsprojekte aktiv voran und unterstützen unser Senior Managements bei der finanziellen Bewertung unserer Prozesse. Diese Position kann sowohl lokal, hybrid als auch remote angeboten werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Analyse der finanziellen Kennzahlen unserer Supply Chain Einheiten zur Verbesserung der Organisationsergebnisse sowie das Vorantreiben von Sonder- und Digitalisierungsprojekten innerhalb der Funktion
• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Berichten für unsere Kollegen im Controlling, der Werksleitung, den Teams für kontinuierliche Verbesserung (CIP) sowie weitere lokale Managementteams
• Controlling des Bestands- und Anlagevermögens inklusive der Verantwortung für Inventuren sowie Ansprechpartner für unseren Wirtschaftsprüferinnen und die Betriebsprüferinnen
• Unterstützung des Finanzdirektors innerhalb seiner Funktion für die VMS Haan Rechtseinheit

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkt idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Finanzen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb der (medizintechnischen) Gesundheitsbranche
• Tiefes Verständnis über betriebliche Buchführung, Kostenrechnungen, Bestandskontrollen und -verwaltungen und sowie Reportings in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Detailorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Pflichtbewusstsein, Objektivität und Integrität
• Fließende Englisch- sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
