- University/College degree
- CPA/CFA designation preferred
- 6-8 years experience in the investment fund industry with financial reporting experience required
- Experience in preparation and review of investment fund financial statements

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
As a Financial Reporting Assistant Vice President, you will
- Manage the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements for a variety of Fund structures and IFRS and NI 81-106 regulations.
- Oversee relationships and support the client service team as subject matter expert in financial reporting services.
- Primary owner of external and internal audits.
- Regular review on regulatory changes and industry practices. Proactively assess and communicate client impacts.
- Design operating models and standard procedures and controls, staff training and development, performance reviews and others as required.
- Lead and manage technology enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives to reduce operational risks, increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- As required, supporting VP, Financial Reporting in the completion of RFP and participate in sale presentation to existing clients and external prospects.
