Today, we work with nearly 1,000 employers from more than 80 countries, including amazing organisations such as Varner, Capgemini, Skanska, McDonalds and many more!
We want to join forces with a dedicated, client focused and Finnish speaking Customer Support Agent who will be responsible for our Finnish customers, steering Jobylon towards its expansion targets in this region. This role is a unique opportunity if you want to become a key player in our journey towards expanding in the Finnish market.

What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of Jobylon’s Customer Support team where everyone is passionate about giving our customers the help they need to get the most out of the tool. In a simple and efficient way, your goal is to provide top notch customer service via our chat and sometimes telephone. Regardless of how you communicate with customers, it takes place it takes place with a high sense of service and a drive to solve the customer’s needs. As a Customer Support Agent, it is your job to ensure that our customers receive the help they need in a simple and smooth way.
Your profile
At Jobylon, we value personality first and will give you all the tools needed to succeed regardless of previous experience, but we believe that it can be valuable if you possess the following experience and qualities:
You have previously worked with customer service and are comfortable communicating with customers, especially in writing.
You are used to working with different type of customers and never compromise on the quality of your communication with customers.
You take initiative and quickly find new solutions in your work.
You are a curiosity and like to solve technical problems and see opportunities when things do not go as planned.
Fluent language skills in Finnish and English, both speech and in writing
This is the perfect role if you want to develop into a Customer Success Manager in the long run, which means that you work more strategically and long-term with a portfolio of selected customers.
