Responsibilities:

As FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing monthly & Quarterly Financial Closing & Reporting for IET GTS;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the organization’s financial results: Calendar, internal closing reports, KPI’s dashboard
  • Liaising with the IET FP&A organization to ensure smooth and continuous communication and support.
  • Leading the development of comprehensive business metrics and variance drivers across segments and product lines
  • Supporting weekly QMI for Senior Management Team and GTS Operational teams
  • Supporting preparation of Short and long term outlook … 8 qtr rolling pacing
  • Supporting Finance Systems Transformation to bring improvements, automation and simplification initiative

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Have solid analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Have work experience in a financial position and/or Finance leadership programs
  • Have proficiency of MS Office package, in particular Excel
  • Be self-motivated, independent and be able to execute on multiple deliverables
  • Be able to deal with ambiguity and continuously exhibit clear and critical thinking
  • Have great verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate complex financial information; able to deliver messages effectively
  • Be able to learn new tools and technologie
