YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in this domain and can deepen your skills through certifications and further education
  • You possess strong knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace, along with experience in scripting
  • You are able to provide support with an ITIL-like methodology
  • You are at ease with hardware installation (providing equipment) and adhere to processes and regulations
  • You have experience with MDM deployment tools like Addigy, JAMF and Intune
  • You have a solution-oriented way of thinking and work with a technical hands-on mentality
  • You are customer-oriented and have the distinct ability to work in a team; fluency in English, and German skills are a plus
  • You enjoy being in our office and can work fully onsite in Berlin

The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a freelance professional to join our IT Helpdesk team in Berlin, available from now through December, with a possible extension into January. In this role, you will support our Berlin office employees, ensuring seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include proactively resolving technical issues and providing both first and second-level support as needed.

  • Improve workflows and processes, contributing to the development of technical standards and documentation
  • Ensure the availability, security, and compliance of our internal networks, collaborating with sys admins on monitoring hosted systems
  • Provide first level and second level support via our ticketing system, connecting to devices remotely, or visiting users
  • Ensure users comply with policies or act to correct issues by supporting them
  • Analyze and resolve malfunctions in operations and handle on-/off-boardings on both software and hardware sides
  • Work with Addigy (MDM tool), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, 1Password, and more
