Description:
We are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Front of House Manager to join our Rapport team who will oversee the exceptional guest services for 4 of our Client’s stunning buildings in a lively environment. You will be based in one of the most popular financial districts in East London, known for its modern, contemporary architecture and beautifully landscaped public spaces.
As our Front of House Manager, you’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding support for clients, guests, and service partners, upholding the highest service standards.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Managing and enhancing the quality of Front of House services, ensuring operational excellence
- Anticipating and meeting guest needs to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Fostering a client-centred environment through regular one-on-one sessions with team members
- Seeking and acting on client and guest feedback to continuously improve services
- Participating in HR-related tasks, including recruitment and team recognition initiatives
- Engaging in meetings to present and analysing relevant data and statistics
- Setting and upholding company standards for compliance and fair management of personnel matters
- Leading, motivating, and training a diverse team to achieve key operational goals
- Preparing detailed monthly reports covering essential operational metrics and updates
- Contributing to strategic development and succession planning
