Frontend Developer (Angular)

Summary
The IT company Andersen invites a Frontend Developer (Angular) to work on a project in the field of FinTech for one of our German customers.
The customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization.
The project is a B2B global platform for brokers and agents to conclude insurance contracts. This is a platform that will ensure the work of brokers and agents both directly through the portal and through integration interaction through the API.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing ITMP building block technology to develop user journeys for various types of insurance.
• Customizing fields as necessary to meet specific requirements.
• Integrating frontend applications with Backend for Frontend (BFF) services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Implementing and managing components from the ngx-ndbx library to enhance the user interface and user experience.
• Writing and executing unit tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Possibility of working with micro-frontend.

Requirements

• Experience in frontend development for 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Angular 18.
• Experience with Jest for writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Familiarity with components from the ngx-ndbx library.
• Knowledge of ITMP building block technology and its application in developing insurance-related journeys.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience using Building Blocks and PFE.
