The UX Engineering family is expanding! We are opening a brand-new team in Brno! We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Developer to join the SAP UX Engineering team. As a team we are impacting the lives of users every single day. The new product homepage for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Fiori elements, SAP Fiori tools, and the integration of our ERP cloud with Microsoft Teams are just a few of our innovative and modern products that we deliver to thousands of customers who are using SAP S/4HANA, public and private edition. THE ROLE

• Be part of the SAP UX Engineering development team and develop new features in the context of the Intelligent ERP.
• Collaborate with SAPUI5 teams on one hand and at the same time collaborate with customer facing application teams like S/4 HANA on the other hand, to make sure that we deliver the right functionality for our customer’s success
• Provide transparent status to the stakeholders on progress, quality, and performance.
• Network across teams, learn best practices and drive continuous improvement

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming languages with at least five years of experience
• Knowledge of the development and the architecture of client-side web frameworks with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of ABAP and/or cloud programming models (RAP, CAP Java, CAP Node.js)
• Ability to translate larger topics into smaller logical chunks and implementable items
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks
• Good communication skills, team player and self-driven
• Well organized and meticulous co-ordination skills with internal and external stake holders
