Description:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP HR Consultant to lead the digital transformation of HR solutions for one of our key clients. As a consultant with Keystone Solutions, you will be embedded within the clients team, providing expert functional analysis on SAP HR processes, optimizing and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
You will collaborate closely with both HR business teams (soft and hard HR) and IT analysts to define, scope, and phase requirements, while also supporting their transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Train end-users and internal SAP HR teams on new processes and features;
  • Document and share best practices and lessons learned

Responsibilities:

Needs Analysis:

  • Gather, understand, and analyze the clients HR process requirements, aligning them with SAP HR digital solutions (e.g., PA, Payroll, Time Management).

Configuration and Setup:

  • Configure the SAP HR module based on business needs;
  • Provide daily functional support for SAP HR, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve system issues;
  • Write and conduct functional and integration tests, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure stable system operations;
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements to optimize existing HR processes.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Train end-users and internal SAP HR teams on new processes and features;
  • Document and share best practices and lessons learned.
