THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in finance and SAP systems to join our team. As a Functional Consultant focused on SAP S/4HANA Finance, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our finance technology solutions. This mid-level position offers a great chance to leverage your expertise in technology and finance to drive meaningful improvements within our organization. You’ll be involved in the implementation of various S/4HANA Finance modules, including FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) with heavy integration with manufacturing and supply chain, TR (Treasury), FM (Funds Management) and AM (Asset Management).
In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of finance solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes. Your role will include working on S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, and supporting best practices to enhance our global operations.

- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of S/4HANA Finance modules.

- Assist in documenting and developing solutions to align with industry standards and organizational needs.
THE FIT
You’ll be an adept communicator with a proven track record of successfully delivering finance related projects at an enterprise and global scale. Your hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Finance will have given you an in depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, taxation and regulatory requirements.
You will be a natural at balancing and combining your technical competence with a deep understanding of business processes; communicating, engaging and building relationships with members across our organisation.

Some of the keys skills and experiences we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with significant exposure to SAP systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including participation in implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Activate implementation methodology.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO, TR, FM) and FSCM.
- A working understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, compliance and tax management, finance operations, financial planning and analysis and group reporting.
- Experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, and financial planning within the S/4HANA framework is advantageous.
- Ability to manage organizational change and support user adoption processes for S/4HANAFinance.
- Demonstratable ability to drive fit-to-standard and SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices into business processes.
