Position Overview
We are looking for a New Business Product Specialist to join our Americas Fusion Platform Sales Team. The Fusion Product specialist is a full cycle sales role responsible for sourcing and advancing a fast-moving pipeline of deals from creation to close within new logo SMB/Territory accounts across North America. Candidates will demonstrate Drive, Passion, and Hunger to exceed goals; strong acumen in working Smart, as well as the Humble characteristics which embody our company’s culture and our team’s coaching mindset. Strong qualification, discovery and closing skills, combined with accountability to deliver a high volume of calls into Inbound fusion trial leads to qualify new business opportunities and advance deals, is expected to fulfill quarterly sales quotas.
We have a dedicated team of Fusion Technical Sales Specialists to help address technical needs and progress deals to close. This is a hybrid position. You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work. You will be based in San Jose, Costa Rica and will report to the LATAM Fusion Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Fusion business by qualifying inbound trial leads within new and existing accounts
- Be measured by Closed Won Sales, opportunities created, talk time and demos held
- Manage a large pipeline of fast-moving Fusion Opportunities from creation to close
- Accelerate a high volume of fusion deal closures quarterly
- You will use Technical Reps to grow deal size or advance purchasing decisions within opportunities
- You will communicate Autodesk’s vision with the Fusion Industry Platform
- Achieve quarterly quotas towards yearly goals
- Respond well to on-the-job coaching, self-learning and replicating best practice
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (Business Development, Account Executive)
- Over-the-phone Qualification, Discovery and Closing skills
- Experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), prospecting tools, Zoom and VoIP
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Manufacturing Business Industry Knowledge is desirable but not required
- Fluent English Language
