Global Digital Shelf Specialist, No7 Beauty Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join No7 Beauty Company as Global Digital Shelf Lead. You will part of our fast paced Digital team, responsible for leading excellect execution of the Digital Shelf across all of our owned and 3rd party retailers. Reporting into the Global Head of Commerce, this role requires strong capability to embed into Global brand and Local market teams to unlock world class e-Commerce contnt that supports significant revenue growth on these channels.
About the Opportunity
As Global Digital Shelf Lead, you will be the single point of contact for our Global brand teams to consult with to drive best in class digital merchandising assets and principles as part of a regular cadence of Global Activation Toolkits (GAT) to our Global markets (UK, US, EMEA & APAC). You will embed yourself into the GAT process, being the eyes and ears of our markets when it comes to digital avtivation.
You will also be the single point of contact for our Local teams on all digital activation on owned and 3rd party retailer sites. This is a pivotal role to support the Local teams with support and guidance on all aspects of their digital shelf, helping to achieve the best digital presence whilst driving growth online.
You will ensure that all relevant team members are upskilled and constantly practicing great standards on SKU set up within STEP, our internal data platform and you will manage the relationship with one of our vendors, Edge, who support on Digital Shelf KPIs which you will measure and optimise against constantly.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital and can champion the importance and execution of the digital shelf across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Management of No7BC digital shelf vendors (Edge and STEP) to set up and lead for best in class global standards
  • Working closely with Global brands, you will ensure brilliant digital delivery in Global Activation Toolkits to deploy best in class digital shelf assets
  • You will be the single point of contact for all markets on all 3rd party retailer.com digital shelf, helping teams to optimise PDPs, PLPs and online content
  • Maintain and update E-Comm playbook including conversion driven content and SEO guidelines
  • Define KPIs and analyse digital shelf performance, creating scorecards and managing reporting tools for success and providing insights to improve performance
  • Identify and resolve issues with product content or digital shelf displays
  • Development of a Global PDP enhancement roadmap that elevates our brands and meets the needs of our retailer partners across all markets
  • Train cross-functional partners on digital shelf promoting understanding of importance

About you (the candidate and their experience)

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital either agency or client-side
  • Have experience working with Global and Local brands and markets
  • Be a proactive, innovative self-starter with exceptional presentation skills to senior stakeholders
  • Enjoy educating others about optimizing campaigns to drive e-Commerce efforts
  • Have an adaptive style in being able to communicate often technical ideas in simple terms
