JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Global Director Laboratory Data and Digital Transformation is responsible for coordination and execution of the Digital Roadmap for all PDx Quality Control laboratories and QC Operating Processes. This role will be a key driver for GE Healthcare’s Digitization vision and will to execute at a global level across all QC locations and operating mechanisms. Harmonizing key processes across PDx laboratories whilst adding business value will be a key part of this global role.

GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and Significant QC Operations Experience;
  • Significant experience with laboratory digitization;
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Superior ability to lead change with global, cross-functional team;.
  • Experience in driving standardization programs across Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industries;
  • Demonstrated experience with applying classic Quality tools such as root cause analyses, Lean Labs;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive priority quality control digitization program and projects across sites ensuring consistent project delivery;
  • Drive the QC Lean journey ensuring successful and daily management system deployment;
  • Drive Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) in QC through technology deployment and platform standardization;
  • Lead the QC Business support network groups across all QC locations.
