Responsibilities
  • Manage the product portfolio of feeding solutions throughout the entire product life cycle, including product creation, launch, maintenance, and discontinuation.
  • Identify customer needs and market trends in collaboration with our customers.
  • Actively collaborate within our global organization, mainly with the R&D and sales teams.
  • Identify and realize market and customer requirements to continuously improve our products, evaluate business opportunities, and ideas in line with our “nail it then scale it” concept.
  • Prioritize new products for development to increase our footprint in feeding technologies and secure strategic orders.
  • Define new functionalities for the products and support R&D teams to deliver full value.
  • Develop the launch process for automation-related products to scale the business.
  • Empower the sales organization to gain knowledge in this new area.
  • Lead competitor analysis activities to better understand the automation landscape.
  • Drive the product creation process to ensure market-, cost-, and technology-oriented preservation of the portfolio.
    Depending on your qualifications and interests, this role may include managerial responsibility for a small team in Germany (Product specialist, Customer project manager). The role will be located in Stockholm at the head office (Nacka). You will report directly to the Global Business Development Manager (Germany). The role involves significant travel (50%) to visit our customers, Business Managers, and build competence in the Customer Centers and Application Centers.
