Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or sales operations
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate with customers, distributors, and resellers
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce CPQ and Steelbrick highly preferred)
• Organized with demonstrated initiative; ability to independently handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to ensure timelines are met
• Willingness to work extended hours depending on month-end or quarter-end workload.
• Ability to work specified shifts (i.e. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm) to accommodate regional requests.
