• Support the roll-out of BTA and EA methods into the regions, developing regional flavors to achieve a consistent execution of the BTS and EA and strong connection to regional and local CS&D
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
• Establish a deep understanding of EA’s business benefit, build-up easily accessible repositories for industry flavored artefacts, assets, and deliverables together with other teams while supporting the roll-in method evolution from PE&A to delivery
• Act as advocate for EA across engagements within global engagements and support regional and MU architecture initiatives within and beyond CS&D
• Support the development, management and adaption of architectural frameworks, methods, and tools
• Work closely with partner ecosystem, SIX, and Marketing to develop formats to make architectural discussions tangible for customers and Infuse transformational architectural discussion in every customer interaction across the globe
• Drive forward the further development of the EA role’s vision, responsibility, tasks, and embedding an architectural mindset acorss organization
