Description:
CTG is seeking outstanding team lead with significant Go-Live and Activation experience specializing in Epic Ambulatory and Candence for an upcoming project in the West.
Location: Onsite
Duration: 2 weeks

SKILLS:

• Clinical & LIS background preferred
• Experience managing prior Go-Live
• In-depth knowledge of health care practices in hospital and or physician group settings
• Multiple prior Epic Go Live Support experiences; specific experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and Cadence is required
• Ability to interact and work with physicians, nurses and all levels of management and staff
• Prior experience with clinical elbow to elbow support
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma
  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

• Prior Epic Go-Live Support experience specializing in Epic AMB and/or Cadence
• Experience with Urgent Care is a plus
• Commitment to being available and onsite through the end of Go-Live, working shifts as assigned, is required
• Time off requests will not be honored
• Ability to interact and work with physicians, nurses and all levels of healthcare management and staff is required
• Clinical background is preferred
• The ability to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts is required
• Reliable and available for the entire time without restrictions is required
