• Assist Product Managers: Provide support to Product Managers in day-to-day tasks such as coordinating meetings, gathering customer feedback, and tracking progress against product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, solution, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of product initiatives.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to support product decisions.
• Document Product Features: Help write and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
• Support product Road-mapping: Work closely with the Product Managers and Product Owners to create and maintain epics and features for product road-maps.
• Coordinate User Feedback: Organize user feedback sessions and surveys to capture insights and ensure the product meets customer needs.
