Grant Management and Reporting is a critical aspect for a successful funding function. In line with our funding ambitions, we are looking for an experienced Grant Management Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organisation is compliant with the specific Funding European & national law, legislation, and relevant regulations.
  • Set up and manage all internal processes, risk management, control systems and reporting tools.
  • Guarantee all the administration and files are in place & up to date and reporting requirements are met on time.
  • Prepare reports in compliance with the funding requirements of the national and European funding bodies.
  • Submit progress reports to the European Commission, Member States, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor the whole cycle of projects throughout their lifespan.
  • Act as a spin in the web for the organisation collecting all the necessary data and input.
  • Align all project areas, i.e., Financial, Technical, Legal, Marketing & Communication
  • Act as a contact point to funding bodies on both European and national level, and auditors
  • Provide response to funding bodies’ queries and assist during audits.
