Graphic Design Manager

• MARKETING PLANS: With input and assistance from select staff, develops and leads implementation of a coordinated association-marketing plan including membership, programs, childcare, camp, and fundraising.
• MARKETING REQUESTS: Reviews and assigns all marketing requests; ensures accuracy, brand adherence and completion
• WEBSITE: Along with website vendor and select staff develops and maintains website
• DESIGN SERVICES: Oversees the development of all printed media annual reports, newsletters, informational brochures, flyers for programs, events etc. Collaborates with staff to coordinate all social media and marketing materials. Ensures brand adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High level of planning and organization skills.
• Possess excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, InDesign, Marq and Power Point. Ability to utilize other YMCA membership programs, such as Daxko and learn new systems as deemed necessary by supervisor
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral and multicultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to analyze complex information and define and solve problems.
• Use of good judgment and possess critical thinking skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Have high energy, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail and high degree of initiative.
