We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Quality team in Denmark through our comprehensive 2-year Graduate Programme.
This position offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, professional responsibility, and continuous development to shape you into a future leader of quality management.
THE C&D FOODS GRADUATE EXPERIENCE:
C&D Foods is one of the largest pet food manufacturers in Europe, offering specially formulated cat and dog food for the private label market. Founded in 1969, and now part of the ABP Food Group, C&D Foods has grown to become one of the industry’s leading pet food producers with 9 manufacturing sites across Europe supplying quality products to customers around the world.
Graduates starting a career at C&D Foods will be given responsibility from day one.
Over the course of our 2-year programme you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, allowing you to make an impact to the business. You will work on key projects and tasks that contribute directly to our quality assurance processes and overall business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
- Willingness to travel to other C&D Foods sites in Europe
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze data and report on quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
