REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proven track record of generating leads and driving conversions through diverse marketing channels.
- Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills.
- Experience with media buying and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven reporting and performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Consistently turning the Konstant Kreative ideal customer profile into booked sales calls, driving company growth. You will be responsible for attracting leads through paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and organic strategies. Your goal is to continuously bring in high-quality leads that convert into sales calls and, ultimately, new customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns using paid advertising, email, SEO, and organic methods to drive leads and conversions.
- Build and optimize email marketing strategies to nurture leads and increase booked calls.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate on creative strategy and content creation, including ad copy, graphics, and video.
- Write briefs for the creative team to ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives.
- Handle media buying to ensure cost-effective ad placements and high return on investment (ROI).
- Leverage SEO and organic content strategies to drive inbound traffic and leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and report regularly on KPIs and ROI to the Director.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
