Description:
We seek an all-round Growth Marketer passionate about scaling tech companies. This person will be responsible for owning the entire marketing funnel, from generating traffic to converting leads. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, executing campaigns, and experimenting with new growth tactics. Your ability to take full ownership, bring innovative ideas, and execute operationally is key. You’ll work closely with founders, brainstorming new approaches and implementing them to achieve business growth.
Tasks
- Lead Growth Strategy: Identify, design, and implement marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Manage Paid & Organic Channels: Build and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms and manage on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings to drive website traffic and performance.
- Content & Email Marketing: Develop content strategies (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) and manage targeted email campaigns, using automation to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation capabilities.
- Growth Experiments: Test and validate new user acquisition and conversion optimization tactics.
- Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with the founding team to jointly drive growth goals.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar growth role, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
- Self-Sufficient & Resourceful: Ability to work autonomously, manage projects from start to finish, and effectively collaborate across teams. You’re comfortable taking ownership and delivering results with minimal oversight.
- Technical & Creative: A well-rounded marketer with experience in SEO, paid search, content creation, and website management. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive growth.
- Data-Driven: Great analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Growth Mindset: Constantly experimenting with new ideas, testing growth tactics, and learning from outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to work collaboratively with leadership and external contractors, clearly articulating goals and outcomes.
- Language: Fluent in both spoken and written German and English is a must (C1- level both languages).
