WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
- 7+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the Lead to Cash journey. Salesforce certifications are a plus!
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects that require both strategic planning and hands-on execution of GTM system solutions.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations, familiarity with custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and integrations with third-party applications and tools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations teams to design systems that enhance workflows and deliver measurable results.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data integrity, system scalability, and process efficiency.

Compensation Range: $140K - $223
Responsibilities:
- Leading the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems to support a growing Front.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Driving system integrations to ensure a seamless flow of data across platforms, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Building and managing system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Front’s evolving strategy and business needs.
- Managing the customization and configuration of Salesforce to enhance workflows, reporting, and automation, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
- Leading efforts in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system-related issues, while ensuring minimal downtime or disruption to business operations.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define metrics, reporting, and dashboards that provide actionable insights into performance, pipeline health, and GTM efficiency.
