EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5yrs of relevant professional experience with large, IT organizations/multi-national software
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred, with a proven ability to apply product knowledge to customer-specific use cases.
- Expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time, Payroll, Talent Management)
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and SAAS (software as a service)/ PAAS (platform as a service)/ IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service) models, cloud-based commerce/ business networks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated to take initiative.
- Ability to engage through storytelling.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
