Description:
Do you want to be part of a dynamic company that ensures safety and peace of mind for people in their homes? This is your chance to make a real impact with Sector Alarm, a rapidly growing international home security company operating in 8 countries across Europe.
At Sector Alarm, we believe our greatest asset is our employees and the unique culture they create. We are proud of our commitment to developing our people, which drives our success and makes us proud of our contributions and achievements.
What you’ll do
As an HCM Technology Specialist, you will be more than just a team member; you will be a trusted partner to our business. Your role will involve supporting, coaching, and challenging stakeholders to discover and implement the best HR technical solutions. You’ll align these solutions with their unique needs, visions, and desired outcomes. By gaining deep insights into our business operations, you’ll contribute not only to your personal growth but also to the overall success of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the organization: Work with HR and other business areas to understand needs and create effective Workday solutions.
- Develop our HCM system: Improve and enhance Workday, considering data setup, process configurations, and integrations.
- System Integration: Work with teams to integrate Workday with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
- End-User Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they effectively use Workday. Evaluate and address incoming change requests.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated issues related to the Workday platform
Your background:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but we also value significant relevant experience as a substitute for formal education.
- Experience: Bring at least 3 years of expertise in HCM modules like Core HR, Leave, Absences, Time Tracking, Compensation, Expenses, and Security. While Workday experience is a plus, it’s not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability in building reports, creating calculated fields, and configuring security roles.
- Passion for Integration: A keen interest in data integrations and system landscapes is essential, with experience being a bonus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with our team.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a valuable asset.
- Travel Opportunities: Be prepared for some travel to our European markets, adding an exciting dimension to your role.
- Shared Values: You can recognize yourself in our values: customer-focused, goal-oriented, willing to improve, and reliable.
