You will play a pivotal role in shaping a simpler, more flexible, and sustainable architecture that aligns with our strategic goals. As a key member of both the IT Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and partners to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and shape the architecture function to support our business strategy and IT goals. Define and evolve a target enterprise architecture that enhances both customer and employee experiences.

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing architecture team. Foster a culture of continuous growth, innovation, and excellence, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
