We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Commercial for Budbee Finland to lead both our e-commerce Merchant sales and Budbee Box location development, working closely with e-commerce companies, retail chains and stores.

Responsibilities:

  • +5 years professional experience in sales
  • Experience in leading a sales team and account management to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Master’s or Bachelor degree in relevant field (Business, Logistics etc).
  • Strong strategic thinking to guide the product’s development and sales growth, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Adeptness in analysing sales data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and drive sales success.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software/tools to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of the local market conditions and trends in Finland, as well as broader knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
  • Fluent both written and spoken in Finnish and English
