Description:
THE SKILLS YOU BRING:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) as a senior leader within the Telecommunications industry, preferably within the Radio Access Network domain
- Extensive experience (5+ years) managing technical service delivery organisations either as a direct manager or project manager
- Experience working in a project environment (presales and execution)
- Training and awareness in local statutory HSE requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Governance and reporting across Engineering portfolio’s
- Translation and execution of strategy
- Communication planning and execution across the organisation
- Cost center monitoring, management and reporting
- Human resource monitoring and management
- Competence management
- Talent planning
- Drive social engagement and team morale
- Escalation point for all critical operational issues relating to portfolio
- Represent Engineering in relevant governance forums
- Process and cost optimization
- Drive accuracy of costing and scoping within presales
- Reporting and engagement with MOAI Head of Optimize
- Planning and execution of work incl risk management, change and financial performance to ensure delivery excellence
- Drive Performance Management for the Unit to achieve objectives
- Responsible for adherence to BA Service Delivery strategy and global Processes, Methods, Tools to ensure compliance
- Manage Unit succession planning to secure business continuity
- Ensure service delivery execution as per defined KPI/SLA/targets
- Identification of add-on-sales and new business opportunities to support Sales
