ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a VP of Finance / Head of Finance to drive financial strategy, focusing on profitability and long-term sustainability. You’ll lead accounting and FP&A teams, collaborating with the CEO and senior management to develop financial strategies, manage cash flow, and optimise costs. Your insights will guide data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
On a strategic level, you’ll influence company-wide reporting, forecasting, and budgeting based on financial data and SaaS KPIs. Tactically, you’ll align the finance team with company goals, ensuring timely and accurate monthly financials, reports and financial statements.
The ideal candidate is driven, proactive and solution-oriented with an analytical mindset. Your strong interpersonal skills will be key to successfully work with cross-functional global leaders and different teams.
